At Wooptix, we’re revolutionizing semiconductor manufacturing with our cutting-edge metrology tools. We are looking for a dynamic Project Leader to spearhead our latest development of a metrology embedded tool, designed to transform silicon wafer measurements for the semiconductor market. Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Management: Serve as the owner of technical requirements documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Take a proactive approach by questioning and challenging requirements to anticipate and address potential issues early.
Documentation and Communication: Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for system requirements, test plans, and technical specifications in alignment with project goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with teams in mechanics, software, electronics, and optics to ensure alignment on system requirements and smooth integration across disciplines.
Test Plan Development and Execution: Develop, support, and execute test plans to validate that system requirements are met, utilizing effective measurement methods and troubleshooting as needed.
Brainstorming and Solution Alignment: Engage in collaborative brainstorming to develop innovative solutions for measurement and testing challenges, facilitating discussions on methods and requirements.
Customer Interaction: Depending on experience, this role may involve customer-facing interactions, focusing on requirement discussions and issue resolution.

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

Required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with testing setups.
• 3-5 years of experience, with at least 1 year in system engineering or a similar role, managing and testing requirements.
• Ability to challenge, clarify, and refine technical requirements, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure project success.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for effective documentation and collaboration
• Familiarity with one or more relevant fields (mechanics, software, electronics, optics) with a preference for broad technical knowledge.
• Ability to process data, create test scripts, and analyze results.
• Programming skills for test script creation and data analysis.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic understanding of systems involving electromechanics and optical parts.

Preferred:
• Familiarity with requirement management tools such as, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• PhD is highly valuable (~2 years of experience)
• Experience in tech industry preferred (Semiconductors, automotive…)
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Training in project management is a plus.
• Availability to travel abroad ~10% time.
