THE t·eyede SYSTEM

t·eyede ocular system offers the best resolution when measuring ocular aberrations up to the resolution of the sensor. t·eyede collects millions of points, surpassing by several orders of magnitude the resolution that can be obtained by existing methods or systems.

The ability to achieve the full sensor resolution and the millions of information points within the pupil of the eye is thanks to the WaveFront Phase Imaging technique (WFPI), patented and developed internally.
In in vivo, WFPI is translated into a much more accurate and repeatable measurement, including better refractions, better monitoring and diagnosis of patients.

WAVEFRONT PHASE IMAGING

WFPI is a sensor developed by Wooptix for acquiring high resolution wave front phase maps, with typical lateral resolution in the order of microns and amplitudes of phase resolution in nanometers. Unlike conventional wave front phase sensors, it is based on conventional imaging cameras and lenses.

The WFPI sensor improves the resolution provided by the conventional Shack-Hartmann of 40×40 to 1600×1600 resolution images with the potential to increase the resolution even further.

t·eyede MUCH MORE THAN A ABERROMETER

The level of technification of ophthalmology has reached a point where the aberrometer drawbacks begin to be important limitations. Ocular aberrometers are less used because of the performance limitations behind current requirements. In the most complex cases, current aberrometry is ineffective in all its possible aspects: (1) Low accuracy, (2) lack of repeatability and (3) lack of reproducibility.
The current state of systems exploring human visuals including aberrometry have shown to be inefficient for todays diagnostic needs
