This collaboration combines Pollen’s expertise in process analysis and control with Wooptix’s cutting-edge imaging technology. By integrating Smart3 Suite into Wooptix’s Phemet® metrology system, semiconductor manufacturers will benefit from enhanced wafer analysis and improved quality control processes.
