Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and select resumes according to job requirements.
• Manage new hires’ registration in collaboration with the consulting firm.
• Handle registration with Sanitas, if applicable, and in Factorial.
• Prepare the “Onboarding” document.
• Review payroll and social security contributions with the consulting firm.
• Implement the Objectives and Performance Evaluations module in Factorial.
• Maintain relationships with Premap and Quirón.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, staying updated on legal requirements.
• Develop the Equality Plan in collaboration with lawyers and the finance department.
• Training.

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources.
• Extensive knowledge of all human resources areas, including recruitment, selection, training, development, compensation, and benefits.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must stay up to date with the latest trends and practices in human resources to implement continuous improvements.
• Empathy and interpersonal skills.
• Versatility and adaptability.
